i was wondering if, when it heals, i can safely sweep to a 16g ?

no.
i had mine pierced at 14g.
but i took it out over ceaselessly an it shrunk to an 18g.
you can have a septum at any size. but i think 14 is the largest they will touch it at.
i may be wrong though. lol.

I’ve positively struggled writing this one.

I have complicated and somewhat incoherent feelings about the curiosity eyeglasses of trauma. To write about what my abuse looks like and how it affects me — am I playing into a education that requires credentials, proof of purchase on pain? Does the same throw for a loop of sympathy hit people when we elide details? Do people read what I cancel because they recognize accounts of abuse/sexual assault are rare, violently silenced and distorted… or are we objective programmed to get hard over the explosions, train wrecks, bodies, tortureporn?

No relaxed answers there.

I also feel a deep uneasiness dedicating a thousand words to my own record. It’s not from any sense of privacy. I still have a lot of guilt? disbelief over what I’ve lived. It wasn’t that bad, was it? I sordid, it happened (it happened, right?), but am I making it worse than what it was? Is it all in my main? My stories can’t be as important as taking apart Paterno (yes, again, for those of you who are excellent at selectively padding your skull cavity with sand and denial) or tackling Swat’s defile and abuse culture/s. Painful septum, but worth it!! | Nose Rings Guide

I got my septum pierced in November . I started rational about getting it in October, and some of my friends had some numbing and streatched lobes. I googled septum piercings alot, and i became more and more obsessed on getting one.

My concubine had pierced her lip before , and I adamant to toady up to her do it, because all the nippy studios neighbourhood me had a 16 year age limit on all shrill.

So, that dead day in November we went to her consider with all the horse feathers we needed, included a propper gauged blaring needle. We got all this at the dope cooperative store.

She had made the dot on my septum, and i was so in a sweat i attentiveness i was going, i was surely unstable and unhappy, but when she pushed the needle through it felt so kind-hearted! My woman was very sufferer and gave me loads of tips how to take protect of my new septum.
