Where can I buy size 18 gauges? 10 points?

Out now I have the standard 20 gauge and I want to start stretching my ears to at least to 18 for now. All the websites I have visited don't cary that skimpy of a size, but if any of you know of ones that do please let me know!
Objectively, you can start with even a 14g because that is still very tiny. You are smart to want to stretch slowly, but you should be okay with the 14g.
